Online purchase
Shortly after you have placed an order with us by pressing the ‘Proceed to Payment’ an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from BREATHE AP PTE LTD. Should you not receive an acknowledgment within 5 business days, please contact us at info@breathe-ap.com. Acceptance of an order placed by you online and the completion of the contract between you and BREATHE AP PTE LTD will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below.
Prices
The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website are in Singapore Dollars.
Conversions into other currencies are displayed for customer convenience only and are approximate. These prices may change slightly between the date of placing the order and the date of dispatch.
You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website.
Returns Policy
The Returns Policy is for goods purchased on the website. Goods that are deemed unsuitable for a refund or exchange will be replaced or refunded, provided they are returned in their original condition, unused within 14 days of delivery. The original manufacturers' packaging is part of the goods, so please retain it for at least 28 days in case you wish to return them for any reason. Although your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected, the goods are second hand without the packaging and we may not therefore be able to exchange them voluntarily. You can take the goods out of the packaging to try them out, but don't throw it away. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.
How to Return or Exchange
Please contact info@breathe-ap.com and we will provide you with instructions, and the address to where they should be sent. We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. The goods must be returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. None of the above terms affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order placed online, please contact info@breathe-ap.com
It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavor to process orders immediately. If your order has already been dispatched please return the order following the instructions contained within the parcel. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products. Further details are set out in our Returns Policy.
Payment Methods
We only accept payment for orders in Singapore dollars and by PayPal only. In accordance with PayPal practices, BREATHE AP PTE LTD retains a comprehensive log of its financial transactions. Customer information recorded in this log includes the customer's email address, shipping address, and the contents of customers' purchases. BREATHE AP PTE LTD uses this information solely to fulfill customers' orders only. Furthermore, BREATHE AP PTE LTD never receives customers' credit card or bank account numbers.

Please note, we cannot guarantee the security of data which you send us by email. Accordingly, please do not send us payment information using email. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order.
Please note that BREATHE AP PTE LTD does not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment online.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Order Acceptance
All orders will be subjected to the acceptance by BREATHE AP PTE LTD
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including, without limitation and whether or not payment has been received by us, if :
1. We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
2. We do not deliver to your area
3. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information
4. Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
5. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
If we do refuse your order, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
A notification with the final status of your order will be sent via email; however, to ensure the security and privacy of our customers, we will not be able to provide additional details for any incomplete orders.
GST (Singapore Goods & Services Tax)
GST rate of 7% for all purchases in Singapore will be absorbed by BREATHE AP PTE LTD. A GST invoice can be supplied on request to enable you to reclaim this tax if you are eligible to do so. Our GST Registration Number is: 20-0407498-G. GST charge is not applicable for purchases shipping out of Singapore.
International
BREATHE AP PTE LTD ships orders worldwide except for the following territories – Australia, Cypress, Greece, Italy, Japan, Maldives, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Romania, Slovenia, South Korea, Sri Lanka and Sweden.
Please feel free to contact us if you are looking for information about our Distributors in the above-mentioned territories or if you have any questions about purchasing products from within your country.
Items will be shipped by Standard Delivery; shipping charges will be higher than the "Estimated Shipping Cost to Home" shown on the cart page due to higher transportation costs to these locations. You will see the actual shipping charges during checkout, after you select the delivery address.
Custom Requirements & Duties
Are there any customs requirements if I'm ordering from overseas?
Some countries may require special customs entry formalities, or duties to be paid. BREATHE AP PTE LTD is not responsible for either of these eventualities and we suggest you check with your local customs office.
